Who covers the cost of 3D wall panels damaged during transport?
To make sure that 3D Tiles panels for the wall arrive to destination undamaged, we pack them on Euro pallets positioned vertically, whereas corners are reinforced with corner profiles secured by clamps. In case of ship transport, 3D pallets are additionally reinforced with pallet collars.
However, if 3D wall panels get damaged during transport, the costs will be covered by who damaged the goods. If the product gets damaged at our site, we cover the cost of damage. If the carrier has damaged the product, the damage is reimbursed from the insurance of the transport firm.
