However, if 3D wall panels get damaged during transport, the costs will be covered by who damaged the goods. If the product gets damaged at our site, we cover the cost of damage. If the carrier has damaged the product, the damage is reimbursed from the insurance of the transport firm.

Brighter shades are recommended due to greater contrast between illuminated parts and shadowed parts or matt paint, so that any installation errors cannot be easily spotted, especially at the attach points.

The following material is necessary for 3D wall panel installation on the wall: drill bit with countersink, trowel, Japanese trowel, gypsum-based adhesive, fine spackling paste, spirit level, paint gun, paint roller, battery-operated drill-screwdriver, sand paper (granulation 180-240), screws and dowels.

Prior to installation of 3D wall panels, one needs to prepare the wall for panel installation.

If installation of 3D wall panels is done on painted walls, first one needs to apply deep penetrating impregnation. However, if installation of 3D wall panels is done on brick or concrete walls, then it is best to apply contact impregnation.
